Jindo vs. folk: contact tracking or connected outreach?

Both can help organize business relationships. The choice depends on whether your team needs a shared sales record or the additional outreach and enrichment tools in its CRM.

What does a team pay?

Jindo starts at $10/month for 5 seats, even if you use fewer. Each additional seat is $2/month. Annual billing is $100/year for 5 seats plus $20/year per additional seat.

When folk may be a better fit

folk Standard includes enrichment, campaigns, and email/calendar synchronization alongside pipeline management. Consider it if connected outreach and gathering relationship context are a regular part of your team’s work.

When to try Jindo

Jindo provides contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and notes at a lower team subscription minimum. It may fit when recording conversations and assigning the next action are the priority. This compares Standard pricing; folk places custom objects/deals and workspace roles in Premium, so check the plan needed for your use case.

Jindo’s paid plan supports up to 10,000 contacts, with 100 MB for 5 seats and 20 MB per additional seat. Attachments are not supported. The 30-day trial has a 1,000-contact limit, 5 users, and 100 MB; it becomes read-only after expiry unless you subscribe.

Check the work, as well as the price

Import a small sample of contacts, create a deal, assign a follow-up, and ask a teammate to find the last conversation. Separately test any integrations, permissions, or outreach requirements that would decide the purchase.
