When Pipedrive may be a better fit

Pipedrive Lite combines pipeline and contact management with reporting and a marketplace of integrations. Consider it when those connections and a broader sales-tool ecosystem are central to your workflow.

When to try Jindo

Jindo focuses on contacts, deals, assigned tasks, and shared notes with a five-seat minimum. Test your actual pipeline and any required integration during the trial; the lower subscription price does not mean the products have identical capabilities.

Jindo’s paid plan supports up to 10,000 contacts, with 100 MB for 5 seats and 20 MB per additional seat. Attachments are not supported. The 30-day trial has a 1,000-contact limit, 5 users, and 100 MB; it becomes read-only after expiry unless you subscribe.

Check the work, as well as the price

Import a small sample of contacts, create a deal, assign a follow-up, and ask a teammate to find the last conversation. Separately test any integrations, permissions, or outreach requirements that would decide the purchase.
